Day 3. I'm injured. I can't run. I swim! Yes... dropped kids off and went to the pool. Only another swimmer there... how cool is that? An 8 lane, 25m pool, all to myself... wow! I got to choose lane and all, LOL! I didn't know how my thigh/quad/ITB would feel in the water, but I had no problems! Yay! And like with running... it took a while to get into it but feeling better and better with every stroke, yay!
